First of all I would like to express many thanks to Kevin Paul. He saw that I was having an issue with the first writer who was handling my book and rectified the issue. Working with Natasha was so much nicer. Kevin and Natasha really understood how important it was for me to write this book but also aim for perfection. Kevin's style of efficiency and punctuality was an A in my book as I am very organized and like my answers quickly. Working with Kevin and Natasha helped streamline the processes and boost productivity. Being flexible and adaptable to my needs and wants for this book came with a strong customer satisfaction which was always clear and transparent. I was totally impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile.
