This is my first time using the bookdeal.com service. It was an easy process. I would recommend this to anyone who has used textbooks that they would like to sell.

I’ve got lots of books that I no longer need and Bookdeal was just the place to help me out! It was easy to plug in the ISBN, print out the sheets that listed what they were buying, and send it in. I received exactly the amount of my quotes which I thought were fair, especially considering they paid for my shipping as well. I’m coming back when I’ve got more books for them.

I used this service recently and everything was butter-smooth. It took 4-5 days to receive my payment. I'll definitely be using Bookdeal in the future.

Very easy to navigate.

Bookdeal.com took six of my son's college textbooks that had been laying around for a couple of years. Got an online estimate and the money was credited to my PayPal account once they received my shipment. The process was clear and straight-forward. They made the process of shipping books very simple. Payment for the books was very reasonable and was issued in a quick and timely fashion. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Book deal committed to pay me for my book in early September, the fourth I believe. It took nearly 6 weeks, multiple emails, to finally receive payment. The last email told me that the book was stuck somewhere and that I will have to go and figure it out for myself. That doesn’t sound much like Customer service!
