My wife bought this for me, as my little buddy was recently put down for health reasons. It was possibly the worst day ever. This picture captured him 100%. Perfect. I was in happy tears. We placed it where I can see his happy face whenever I come home, just like days gone by. Thank you so very much. ❤️💯

Absolutely love my portrait of our 7 month old, Old English Sheepdog puppy. It was so easy to upload different pictures of her and choosing the different backgrounds. I just couldn’t be happier. Her portrait is hanging in my office and makes me smile every single day. I would have ordered more poses but have no place to hang them. I received the finished portrait in about a week and it was packaged professionally. Absolutely love it. Thank you so much. If you are on the fence about ordering from this company have no fears. I can't express enough how wonderful the portrait of my cat Buddy is! The quality is awesome and the attention to detail is perfect! I absolutely love it and the moment I saw it I had tears of joy. To have a portrait like this is so heartwarming and a memory to cherish forever. I highly recommend Bondel to anyone and the ease of navigating the site was a huge benefit as well. Definite 5 star!! Poor communication from the first order I placed. I was getting emails saying my order was still in my cart. Thinking I forgot to order it I went to my cart and finished the order. I received a duplicate order within days of receiving my first order. I'm waiting for them to respond to voicemails and emails. Great product, poor service.

I'd like to set the record straight for anyone reading, because the central concern here simply didn't happen: you were never charged twice, and there was never a second order on your account — a single order, a single charge. A second canvas did arrive, and that was our production error, not a duplicate purchase on your end. That extra piece was entirely on us, yours to keep at no cost. It's worth noting that you never reached out to ask about a double charge before this — the assumption was made simply because two canvases arrived. Had you asked, we'd have clarified it immediately. In fact, when you did email us — four messages in a row — It was answered within an hour, with a full explanation of exactly what happened.
