The mock up and service was quick and the picture came out perfect.

I was very happy with the whole experience.The portrait came out exactly the same as the pic of my dog i used. I also loved the fact that i was able to make changes to my pic before it was sent to me. That’s one of the reasons why i chose this company. This was a gift to my girlfriend and if you could’ve seen her reaction when she first saw it, it would’ve melted your heart like it did mine. Her reaction was everything i could’ve wanted it to be. Thanks Bondel Co i will order another one.

When I first received my "mock ups" I wasn't too crazy about the colors used. I emailed Andrew and told him I wasn't all that pleased and in love with the colors. He got together with his team and presented two additional mock ups, of which I made my final decision of the portrait of my baby Jet who passed May 2024. Thank you for your compassion Andrew.
