Bo Knows Luxury, LLC was first started back in January of 2023, while I was still an active duty service member of the United States Air Force. The mission was to redefine the modern watch buying experience; where the only options were to buy from some faceless big box store, or deal with transactional jewelers just focused on increasing their bottom line. I wanted to create a truly bespoke shopping experience, where the client’s needs are far exceeded on the individual level.

I just purchased a Panerai from Bo. I saw it on his page months ago and asked him to keep an eye out for another because I didn’t move on it fast enough. He told me he’d keep an eye out for one, he did. He told me he’d give me a call because I don’t like texting, he did. Said he’d send me photos, he did. Said he’d pressure test the watch and verify it, he did. That’s the type of guy he is. The process was seamless with him, no pressuring conversation, no sales type bs, The guy has integrity, is trustworthy, knowledgeable , friendly and just an all around pleasant guy….. and he sells watches. My “Dieci Giorni” is perfect, again,…. Perfect…Box, papers, card warranty,… not a mark on it… it’s perfect. This was my first experience buying a watch “online”, but I had zero hesitation when working with Bo…. You can’t put a price tag on peace of mind. So I purchased a watch From Bo, we ran into some issues on the chrono24 site that took a few days to clear it up. Bo was absolutely fantastic in his communication and his patience..the watch arrived EXACTLY in the condition he described..i would highly recommend dealing with Bo as he understands how to treat his customers, and he really knows his stuff!!
