I really liked the texture, and mostly liked the flavor...way less processed than most jerky. There was too much pepper (I'm guessing) in the spice mix for my tastes however. I probably won't order again, but that isn't a knock on the quality of the product...it just isn't a good fit for my preferences.

The chili biltong is hands down the best I’ve had of any brand. The email communication was prompt and informative. Not to mention the shipping was lightning fast
