I ordered the X4 and I love it. The product is well made, well balanced, and I love the Kevlar surface. I also think it has a nice look to it. I was able to try several paddles through your local rep, which I think really helped. Ordering was easy and the paddle arrived within a few days in perfect shape. I am sure this paddle will improve my game.

I was looking forward to using my new paddle this weekend when UPS delayed the delivery to Monday... I was reviewing you. I didn't contract with UPS, you did. Therefore the relationship is between you and UPS. UPS failed you and you failed me. I know what I did. If you cannot take responsibilityfor the vendors you use to promote your product, it leaves room to doubt tour product. As CEO, you should be taking UPS to task for failing your customer insteadnof trying to sidestep your responsibility to me Tom I'm done with you. I hope this paddle performs better tha you do. This will probably be my only purchase from your company and you can be sure that while the jury is out on the paddle, your responses and lack of accountability will be a Yelp review. This is the best pickleball paddle I ever have. I used it right away after it was delivered, and I like it already on my first play. Three days after, I had my skills assessed and I successfully executed beautifully. Compared to my previous well-known paddle, the body helix X1 has more control, and I like the power once the ball hit on the paddle. Since I got this paddle, I’m always excited to play pickleball.
