Michelle helped me seamlessly process an exchange following receipt of a product that was not to my liking. I’ve been a customer of bodyhealth for over a year and both the products and the service are top notch.

I had called in to cancel an order that was pending charge and Michelle was so kind and professional and her follow-through was so great!! Which is rare these days. I appreciate her taking it from A to Z and completing the task and making sure the order was indeed cancelled and emailed me this morning that everything was taken care of. WOW! This was my first time ordering after hearing great things about their amino. I opted for powder because I take enough pills already. Unfortunately the flavor wasn't to my liking, Bekah was amazing help, she replaced my unopened containers with unflavored, and shipped it out no charge. They also allowed me to keep the 2 other containers to share with the other Paramedics and Fireman I work with. They actually loved the flavor (strawberry) and appreciated being able to try it before ordering. Very refreshing to have a company stand by their product and bend over backwards to help their customers, esp since they had no obligation to do so. Thanks again Bekah for all your help!

This is my first time trying PA. Unfortunately I didn’t like the Mix Berry flavor and needed to do an exchange for Lemon Lime. Bekha from customer service was amazing with helping me! Very responsive, polite, and got this resolved for me quickly. Can’t wait to receive my new flavor and really give PA a try!
