Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays in delivery and the shortcomings in our communication during this period. As you know, each of our products is 100% handmade and customized. During the Christmas season, we experience a significant surge in orders. To ensure that every customer receives their cherished gift on time, our artisans have been working day and night. We fully understand how anxious you must have been while waiting for your order during the holidays, and we share the same hope—that every heartfelt creation reaches its recipient in time for the celebration. Unfortunately, due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders this peak season, despite our best efforts to coordinate, we were unable to update all shipping information promptly. This resulted in delays for some orders, including yours, and for this, we are truly sorry. Please rest assured that your order has been placed in our priority processing queue. We are closely monitoring its progress and will arrange shipment as soon as possible. We have deeply reflected on the shortcomings in our service and are actively optimizing our production scheduling and customer service response processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Your patience and understanding mean a great deal to us. We believe that the warmth and uniqueness of handmade creations are worth the wait. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] . Thank you once again for your support and understanding. Wishing you a joyful New Year! Warm regards, The Bobblegifts Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're glad to hear that you loved the bottle stopper and that the communication via email was smooth. We truly apologize that the product had a noticeable plastic/glue smell, which does not match our "odorless" material commitment—this is definitely something we will look into immediately. To help us investigate and resolve this properly, could you please share your order number with us via our customer service email([email protected])? We would like to follow up personally and make this right for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to restore your full confidence in Bobblegifts. Sincerely, The Bobblegifts Team
