I bought a motor on sale online
I bought a motor on sale online. It turned out to be out of stock. I contacted Boat Specialists to figure out options. Boat Specialist honored the sale price and contacted the motor distributor to fill my order. Once the motor arrived at Boat Specialists, it was shipped out and arrived amazingly fast. Boat Specialists were fast and friendly. I’d buy from them again and recommend them to a friend.

Thank you, John, for your feedback. Some clearance and hot deal items, such as this motor, have the disclaimer that they are on a first-come first-serve basis. The website is updated daily, however, sometimes an item is allowed to go into the shopping cart before the website is updated. In this case, unfortunately, another customer bought the motor less than an hour before you did. We are working with our web team to alleviate this issue so that we can continue to offer the best deals available without these occurrences.
