I love the quality. The delivery time was great.

After 2 uses the ignitor stopped working. Customer service refuses to acknowledge the failure and replace the defective item and blames the user Update: Management stepped in and apologized for the run around. A replacement was sent and it works fine.

The item was received on time, it was well packed and I was able to assemble on my own in about 1 hour.

Really a great umbrella for the patio. Large size and very heavy. Easy to put together but due to my age I had to recruit a couple of strong men to lift the umbrella in his stand. Works well.

This greenhouse was a duplicate of the one I bought 2 years ago, so assembly was quick and easy. Your company performed as promised, so I'm happy.

Great product easily assembled meets description and expectations.

A nice-looking box, but a bit flimsy. The top does not close tightly, so I have to put something heavy on top to keep the lid fully closed. I needed this box to store the patio furniture pillows and umbrellas for the winter and need the box to be mouse-proof.
