This project was an addition to the original BRS system we got 3 years ago (we just switched to an electric heat pump). Overall the experience was good; mostly good communication, fair price and good work. The electrician even helped us with an issue we'd been having with our existing panels. Our only complaint was that the design plan changed last minute and would have been more expensive, but then when the team showed up to do the work, they didn't even need to follow that change. It was good for us bc it was faster and cheaper, but the confusion about what would be done was a little annoying. Regardless, I'd still recommend BRS to friends!

Like-quick installation Dislike- Crew was 1.5 hrs late and mid point Inspection was not done. Waiting for reschedule.

BRS always communicates the steps in the process. On the installation day, the electrician came early morning to set up electric panels, breakers etc., and later the panel crews came to install the PV panels. They work professionally and at the end asked me if I got all the questions answered. One thing they forgot is the plaster portion of my garage wall that was cut to do the wiring, which was promised to me. Update: I have been contacting their support team about some underperforming panels with no response. With the above two issues, I downgrade the points

All in all my experience with blue raven was okay. The only thing I have to say was the lack of communication to not only me, but others involved in installing My solar. My whole experience took a little over a year to complete. I'm currently still waiting for the last final inspection now. Fingers crossed This was all worth it

So far the solar installation has been extremely positive. There was an initial issue with the design team having some people turnover but once past that I can't say enough about how quickly the solar array went up and any adjustment needed were immediately communicated. Beautiful job, thanks Blue Raven!

My experience with Blue Raven was mostly positive. I had several proposals for placing tiles on my roof before we agreed to a layout. Within two weeks a team came out to install the panels. The installation team showed up on time and completed the work in less than 5 hours. They were polite, professional and efficient. It's now been two months since the panels were installed and I keep getting a runaround from the Utilities team to get an electrician scheduled to do the needed work on the utility meter. This work was known before the installation as the sales person said it was a necessity with me electric company. Multiple calls to support and little communication. After weeks of trying we finally had a date for the work. The electric company rep showed up to kill the power but the Blue Raven electrician never showed up. Still waiting to use these panels that are on my roof.
