The initial order was very good
The initial contact, information, interview, and everything was efficient and went very smoothly. I expected my shipment and delivery in about a week or less. Two weeks later I contacted support and received a very quick response and promise of shipment right away. Everything seems to be moving on. Hopefully in a week or so I will be able to say if the product worked for me or not.
