NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT but they charged me
Ordered, they shipped via Fedex, Fedex left it on the sidewalk outside of a fenced in yard, someone took the package left on the sidewalk and they basically told us TOO BAD. Had to fight with my bank to get the charges reversed since NO PRODUCT, I won. They told ME to fight with Fedex. I wasn't the one who shipped. In fact, I did not receive the product I paid for so WHY SHOULD "I" HAVE TO FIGHT FEDEX???????????? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH BLUECHEW
