Thank you for sharing this, it truly put a smile on our faces. We care a lot about the details (sometimes probably too much), so it means a lot to hear that everything came through smoothly, from the website to the keys themselves. Knowing you’ve been using our stuff for a while and still love it tells us we’re doing something right. That’s exactly what we hope for. Thanks for the trust and for sticking with us along the way. — Blue Bus Fine Tools

I am very happy with my BlueBus FT Discovery box. Well crafted and well though through product. If you have a need for such a box, I think you'll be happy with this one. If I were to make one change, it would be to make the magnets on the bottom symmetric so the bottom could be reversed is desired placing the jars toward the front of the box. Small change, not enough to reduce the boxes value.

Thank you for sharing this! It truly put a smile on our faces. We care a lot about the details (sometimes a little too much), so it’s incredibly rewarding to hear that the craft, the thought behind the design, and the overall experience came through. We also really appreciate the thoughtful feedback about the magnets. That kind of insight is exactly what helps us keep refining and improving. It’s a smart observation, and one we’ll take seriously. This box was made to be used, explored, and enjoyed over time, and it sounds like it’s doing just that. Thanks for the trust, the recommendation, and for being part of the ride. — Blue Bus Fine Tools

I made a recent purchase. And I made a mistake on the delivery address. I had accidentally given me old address. I realised my mistake straight away emailed the company. The response was quick, within half an hour of me messaging them. So customer service seems to be very good. Still awaiting my order as I am in the uk.

So far I love it I’m still figuring out the fingerprint lock I didn’t charge it fully so I think that’s the problem I was hoping it came with the free light bar but I will be purchasing that next 😊

Thank you for sharing this! It truly put a smile on our faces. We care a lot about the details, sometimes a little too much, so it’s great to hear you’re enjoying the box. The fingerprint lock can take a little getting used to, and a full charge usually makes a big difference. If you ever have any questions about the fingerprint mechanism, our customer service team is always here to help. This box was made to be used, played with, and enjoyed over time, it sounds like it’s doing just that. And the light bar will be waiting for you when you’re ready.
