Alex and Jason were great to work with!! They are both patient and kind and took a genuine interest in helping me revise my website. They have completed the work they said they would complete. Alex helped me with my website and proved to be both a very good listener and skilled in implementing the changes I needed. Both Jason the account manager and Alex the tech expert have my highest recommendation.

this company is a complete fraud. all of these great reviews are fake. All they want to do is take your money and not deliver on what they promised all the while they try to upsell more and more. Its a scam, when they didn't deliver as promised, i requested my money back which they are not willing to do. Stay as far away from Benjamin and Mark as you can possibly get - frauds

AVOID THIS COMPANY On February 13, 2024, I paid Blitz Web Solutions/Blitz Websites/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC (They are one and the same) an amount of $1150 that was 50% in advance to design a website. The payment was made and confirmed with companies credit card. The package offered was Bussiness Pro Package, that includes Unlimited Pages Website Custom 2D Explainer Video Animation Voice Over & Sound Effects Professional Script Writing Storyboard Creation UI / UX Interactive & Dynamic HD Design SEO Meta Tags Liquid Responsive Custom WP (or) Custom PHP Development jQuery Slider Banner Custom Made Banner Designs Multiple Stock Images Unlimited Revisions Special Hoover Effects Content Management System (CMS) Online Appointment/Scheduling/Online Ordering Integration (Optional) Online Payment Integration (Optional) Multi Lingual (Optional) Custom Dynamic Forms (Optional) Signup Area (For Newsletters, Offers etc.) Search Bar Live Feeds of Social Networks integration (Optional) Google Friendly Sitemap Image alt text SEO Internal Linking Search Engine Submission Complete W3C Certified HTML Industry Specified Team of Expert Designers and Developers Complete Deployment Dedicated Accounts Manager 100% Ownership Rights 100% Satisfaction Guarantee 100% Unique Design Guarantee 100% Money Back Guarantee FREE On Page & Technical SEO long list for a product but totally poor delivering what 50% was supposed to cover. Basically we received 2 templates that can be done by my 15 years old daughters in WIX or GoDaddy. After waiting for 2 weeks and receiving emails asking for the rest of the money I had cancel the service because the PM Ethan never send anything different than 2 templates of front page with no wording or text related to the 10 pictures not related to our business sent. when I asked for my money back , they keep calling and sending emails apologizing for the poor design but we had decided at that point that we just want our "Money back Guarantee" as they mentioned on their website. Long story short, They took our money and according to one of their supervisors " His time trying to solve my concern was more than $2000 an hour" and they are not going to reimbursed any money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Blitz Web design is fraudulent and should be avoided to protect your sanity and money.. They will hurt you to the core and tell you to go to hell. We work hard to make money in a decent way but they don't share the same principles.

DO NOT use this company. They took my money with a 100% money-back guarantee if I wasn't happy with their work. They charged my credit card without approval and then ghosted me. I have 3-4 phone numbers that were no longer in business when I called. That didn't stop them from hounding me when I wanted a refund. So far, I'm still waiting for a full refund. I've already contacted my attorney as well as the authorities - as no one should go through what I went through!

On November 8, 2022, I paid Blitz Web Solutions/Blitz Websites/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC (They are one and the same) an amount of $400 to design and host a website for 12 months. The Payment was confirmed November 11, 2022. 1) Website Design took seven weeks plus before hosting. 2)Hosting began around January 5 3)The $400 paid covered content writing but I ended up writing the content myself and they never made a refund. 4) Eight (8) months into hosting, Precisely, September 8, 2023, Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC took down the website claiming the 12 month hosting is expired. 5) Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC is demanding $350 to renew Hosting. 6) I paid for Website design. Therefore, the design files belongs to me. I asked for my website files so I can take it elsewhere for hosting but they refused. They asked that I pay $800 before it can be released. 7) All efforts to resolve proved abortive. 8) Marcelina (Who now masquerades as Jennifer Edwards) said no matter what I do, she will destroy the files if I don't pay the money and I will be the loser. They were holding my website hostage and using different tactics to extort money from me. 9) I came here and left a review of what has happened. 10) One Abid M, who I believe was brought in to clean up the mess they have made by using a few web jargons to hoodwink their customers, began to appeal to me that my website will be restored but I should bring down the review. They restored my website and I took down the review. 11) Abid M left for a holiday and handed business back to Marcelina AKA Jennifer Edwards and trouble started again. Abid M was reasonable and introduced me to their book publishing business and because he was reasonable, I patronized them as I was writing a book. 12) Once Abid M left for holidays, Marcelina AKA Jennifer Edwards once again began to make fraudulent requests for me to part with more money. I rebuffed her and she shut down my website again. She is asking me to buy plugins and SSL which normally comes with hosting and I said no. Once again she has shut down my website. I am here once again to tell the world that the leopard never sheds its skin. Blitz Web Solution is fraudulent and should be avoided to protect your sanity. I warn you to steer clear from any of Blitz Web Solutions/American Web Coders/Branding Agency INC/Blitz Websites. They will hurt you to the core and tell you to go to hell. Be warned
