Being verified ✅ is one part of it, but the account must also be in good standing under our Terms and Conditions. Our fraud prevention systems 🛡️ identified a breach of our one account per player rule, which was then confirmed by a manual review from our team. For this reason, the withdrawal could not be processed. Reviews like this require careful checks, and we do not share details while an investigation is still open. The investigation is now complete and confirmed that multiple accounts were created and used, in breach of our Terms and Conditions. As a result: 🔒All your accounts were permanently closed 💳 Your full deposit has been refunded to your original payment method, so you have not lost any money you paid in.
