I bought a couple of Blissy pillowcases but it's mostly hype. It doesn't leave me line free first thing in the morning. I much prefer bamboo fabric pillow cases.

Never ever again! A disaster from start to finish. I ordered 3 pillowcases which came in 2 packages. Blissy ommitted the discount which was a major plus point in buying the items. Several e mails and web chats did not resolve the issue. Finally I had to pay customs fee on one of the packages for £11.84. Beware!

I bought 2 face masks because I thought they would be more comfortable...a total rip off .No metal stabilizer for nose fit, poor fit in general . Single layer, no pocket for a filter. Would never trust them again

SCAM!!! PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVES. THEY OWE OVER $100 AND REFUSE TO ANSWER!!

I ordered 4 Blissy pillowcases then read the terrible Trust Pilot reviews and wished I hadn't. BUT - read on - in the main it has been a positive experience, despite having to pay the extra £15 customs costs. I contacted their customer services department and received an email back assuring me that they were not a scam company just because they were charging additional customs costs. The free shipments costs are misleading - yes they are shipped free from the US but there is a customs charge which they should make clearer. After paying the custom charges my my pillow cases arrived 2 days later. I have to say they are beautifully packaged and will make lovely gifts. I have kept one myself and it is very luxurious and lovely to sleep on. I have very fine hair and normally wake up with frizzy hair but the Blissy pillowcase has DEFINITELY made a difference.

Rubbish company. Order now cancelled and supposed to be receiving a refund. We'll see but ordering process poor and numerous emails later remained unresolved. Steer clear would be my advice

Avoid Avoid Avoid SCAM!!! Nothing ever arrives and customer service is useless, I can exactly copy what Mrs M wrote below, had exactly the same experience!!
