The customer service was amazing. I measured incorrectly and it was not a huge issue. They were true to their policy even though it was my error. I will definitely recommend Blindster to others.

Beautiful roman shades. I have this brand in many rooms of my home and love them. The ease of opening and closing is great. Pull them down or push them up. Lovely fabrics to choose from and great quality.

Recently had an issue with two of my blinds and connected the customer service department to check and see what could be done. The team was extremely courteous and professional. Specially Cindy. I will most definitely be doing business with Blindster in the future.
