Very pleased with Blazzing Fire
Very pleased with Blazzing Fire. The part I ordered was promptly shipped with great communication. They even threw in a koozie and sample of some barbecue rub along with a thank you card. Can't expect anything more of a company.

Good delivery even when out of stock
Item was out of stock. They called and told me it would be delayed about a week. Item received under the 7 days and was exactly what I needed at a great price.
Response from Blazzing Fire· Nov 12, 2018
Dear Klute, Thank you for letting us know we did a good job! It is regrettable when we are unable to fulfill our customers orders immediately. Unfortunately, from time to time, we are subject to manufacturer delays on our orders to our vendors. We do our best to keep everyone informed of the status. We are so happy the Dante Floor plate is working for you and that we were able to fulfill the back-order in a timely manner. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team

I placed an order for a set of gas logs…
I placed an order for a set of gas logs that said it came with the whole set. Then I found out the ad was wrong and it was just for the logs.. I've never had someone not honor an advertised price before. Oh well..

Dear Delores Chambers, We regret that the situation with an error on our site has caused you any inconvenience and/or dissatisfaction. Although we attempt to fulfill every order, there are some that we just are unable to do so. Just as every print ad received at your home will normally contain a disclaimer against typographical errors, we also include such a disclaimer on our site. "Typographical Errors In the event that a Blazzing Fire, Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Blazzing Fire, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Blazzing Fire, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Blazzing Fire, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price." See: https://www.blazzingfire.com/terms.asp Again, we do not wish to ever let down our customers in any way. Regrettably, this typographical error was insurmountable for us and we were forced to cancel your order as our customer service lead explained on a phone call with you. We do hope that you will forgive this honest error and look to us in the future for any fireplace related needs. Best Regards, The Blazzing Fire Team
