Although it looks awesome and the core of designing and using creative ways to work out and learn is briljant, it’s directly contradicted by limiting the options you have unless you pay monthly, the morals of blazepod have unfortunately fallen to drive to generate income

I purchased the pods about a year ago. My daughters soccer team loved them. People kept asking about them and word was getting out. After summer break I carged them up and performed an update and now to get all of the features that I had before you must have a membership. BULLCRAP! This is not what I paid for. How is this even legal much less ethical and moral correct! Bait and switch is what it is. I have seen people charged with "theft by taking" for what seems less than this.

Hey there Charles! If you purchased your Pods before the launch of our Pro plan you retain all of your apps functionality. If this isn't the case please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll fix it for you immediately. Thank you!

After a hefty price for the Pods themselves, you need to shelf out another 15,- MONTHLY to use them properly. Without a subscription it's pretty much useless. This is just ridicilous. I would be ashamed working for this godforsaken company. Tip: Lower the subscription to around 5,- a month and see your reviews flourish.

These pods are a huge disappointment because of the membership fee limitations. The pods themselves are great, and my kids love to do exercises with me, but you can't do ANYTHING meaningful with them without paying $15 a month. You can't even set the time per exercise to more than 30 seconds, change light colors, or add a third player! How are you supposed to do cardio exercises 30 seconds at a time then back to the phone to restart? That's super annoying. Kids can't see certain colors well outside? Screw you unless you pay monthly. I get having a fee for premium features, but this is way, way, way beyond that. I am really frustrated with this money grab, because I and my kids wanted to love these.

Blazepods have been a huge hit in my performance training program. I am training kids ages 9-18 and they LOVE when I bring the blazepods out. The app is easy to use and there is a great variety of activities that can be done to enhance performance. Absolutely love it!

The change to a subscription model is a kick in the head for those early adopters of this product. Blazepods are very expensive and an unfair move subscription is the mail in the coffin for me. Do touch this product, I think the pods are great but the company is very poor for doing this without consent

I am still puzzled how you can buy a fairly expensive product and only get access to a VERY limited feature-set of the product. You don’t buy a car with a 2 liter gas tank. To make this product remotely usable you have to buy a fairly expensive membership. Product Management at BlazePod must have identified a very narrow and specialized customer segment. I cannot recommend this product to any one and my Blazepods are on sale.
