I love love the Blaze pods. I use them as an OT for all level of clients. I work with clients that have seizures and have many limitations and clients that are working on athletic performance and everywhere in between

The only positive thing I can mention is the shipping time. It got to me quicker than multiple items I purchased in Australia. As for everything else, I was extremely disappointed. Communication was lacking, I didn't receive a call when told I would. They took far too long to reply to emails and when they CCd me I to an email to their Australian partner to help with a purchase here I never heard anything back from them. Nowhere on the Facebook link that I clicked did it state US$ until I went to confirm payment and then didn't tell me what it would be deducting from my bank which ended up with it costing $60 more than the allocated budget.

Fast delivery and it all was much easier to set up than expected. The games we have tried so far are great fun.

Do not purchase this product. The customer service is terrible. Mine were purchased 3 months prior to Christmas as a Christmas gift. On Christmas day they were opened and decided they were not really meant for an individual for fitness. There are no instructions in the box, you have to go through their app to get instructions, which is fine. I wanted to return the item, after charging and reading the app info on Christmas Day, but was told absolutely not because it was purchased 3 months earlier. The activation of the app told them when the pods were actually first used, on Christmas Day, but because it was 14 days after purchase they would not help me. I see from the comments they leave after negative reviews, that they try to look like a conscientious company but their comments are not accurate. This is a very expensive product. Buyer beware!

Our policy is a 14-day return window, and while we're willing to stretch this window, especially during the holidays, 3+ months is simply too long. We wish you and your family a happy holiday.

We purchased the Blazepod 6-pod trainer kit for our kids (15 and 12 years old) for Christmas. Both are young athletes and we figured reaction time and concentration would be helpful for any sport. Opened on Christmas, we have only spent a couple hours with it with the free exercises on the app. We are not only enjoying it, but there is already measurable improvement. I purchased this set from Amazon and it had 6-pods and a free 6-month Pro Membership. When they opened it and I downloaded and was setting up the app, it asked for the redemption code for the Pro Membership but I had not received one. I sent an email through the App Support and they replied that night. They asked me to try my Amazon order number but that didn't work. I let them know and the customer rep got right back to me and told me that they would escalate my problem and reassured me that they would resolve my issue ASAP. Just 1.5 days later, they did get back to me with a redemption code that worked with no problem. I've had poor experiences with emailing with other companies' customer support. BlazePod customer support and product are awesome... worth every penny and we haven't really gotten started with the product.
