I had a small issue with pro membership not activating. I reached out to customer service and a couple hours later they resolved my issue. Thanks. Their product is great. I just don’t like how you need a pro membership in order to be able to take full advantage of what you paid for. The free version is almost useless if you don’t have pro. They limit almost everything that you can possibly do with this product making it useless unless you have pro:( if it wasn’t for that this review would have been 5/5. Respectfully.

Had an issue with the charging pad. The team worked with me to define the issue. While the pad was out of warranty, the team gave me a discount on a replacement and it arrived quickly.
