Our therapy team has been able to incorporate the Blaze pods into various treatment plans with ease. When we had an issue with a part of the equipment, customer service responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly

The product and packaging was nicely done. We bought as a gift, but unfortunately the person didn’t think they’d put it to good use, so we returned it. The return process was a little more difficult than maybe it should be, but not onerous once we were sent the return label. It’s understandable as this is a fairly expensive product.

In addition to a great product, you also get technical support that you won't find even with Apple. Almost instant response, problem solving, I have yet to find better customer service. No need to talk about the product, great quality, instant sport improvement,... It's a pity that other Tech companies don't take your example. I have been using the product for more than a year, I have not found any negatives. Too bad you can't give more stars in the rating :-)
