Costumer service reps needs to me more responsible for their actions and do their job properly while helping with orders. It has been a hideous experience when due to the irresponsible approach of the rep, same order was placed twice and I'm being charged twice as I was told that the first order didn't process but it did.

I love all your supplements. Just tried the flavor unicorn milk protein . I wasn't sure if I'd like it. But it's really good 👍

Shipping is very expensive and isn’t justified at all. The last order I placed was on 9/14 and I still haven’t received it.
