It was quick and simple to register my dog. I haven't used the insurance yet, but I'm hoping it's just as easy.

The company needs to provide a hard copy of the coverages and something to show the veterinarians. At this point I have no idea how to use the coverage
Response from Bivvy Pet Insurance· Jul 5, 2022
Hi Patty, we'd love to provide you exactly that! Please either send us an email at [email protected] or give us a call at 855.434.3744. so we can get those materials to you. The nice thing about our website is our pet parents can actually access all of their policy documents through their Bivvy account. We however understand that not everyone likes that. We will pass you information along to our customer care team so they can take care of you and get you the materials you need! Thank you for your patience and loyalty! https://bivvy.com/

Had to sign up twice. Once through FB and then on your web site. BUT you didn't take the first payment. I saw you charged $0.00 to my account.
