New pet insurance
Haven't used it yet so not sure on the services but it was definitely very fast and easy to sign up

Just signed up
Just signed up, so I am still within the 30 day wait period. Can only review the buying experience which was very easy.

Not super intuitive
When after logging in, I went to add three cats to an existing account, it kept asking me to create a new password. I didn’t want a 2nd account so I wrote customer service. They said IT would look at it and that’s the last I heard even after contacting them a 2nd time. I finally decided to just enter the same password again twice as the “new” password and it did just add the new cats to the same account. It’s just very clunky and service wasn’t great. I hope it’s better if I actually have a claim.
