Quick Claim Turn around and wonderful service
I recently purchased Bivvy for my 3 dogs. Shortly after my 30 day waiting period, one of my dogs developed a lump between her shoulder blades. it turned out to be fatty cells and is probably benign. I turned in my receipts to Bivvy and within a week had a review of the claim and a check mailed to me. It was quick and simple. With my previous insurance, the claim amount would be within the deductible. Not only is Bivvy less expensive but it has a lower deductible and wonderful service. I'm glad I switched.

When do i get my card or account number…
When do i get my card or account number so when i take my pets to the vet i can show them

We don't use either of those with Bivvy, Christine! Instead, you can go to any licensed vet and then send us a copy of your bill later through your online pet parent account. We reimburse you directly as a Bivvy pet parent. Your vet doesn't even need to know you're insured!

Doggie Insurance!
N/A Just hope that with this I will be able to use it with the doctor I choose for lil Ms Rosie!

Welcome, Dianne! With Bivvy you can go to any licensed vet. We reimburse you as the pet parent so your vet doesn't even need to know you're insured for your coverage to work!
