Hi Maria, we don't use insurance cards. Instead, you can go to any vet! To see and print your policy documents, log in to your Bivvy pet parent account.

I love what I read I'm urgently waiting to see if it works. How does it work if u always have to pay to take your pet to the vet then get your monet back then I dont want it u need to let me know cause I need something

Hi Angela, we do reimburse our pet parents directly. You work with your vet, send us a copy of your bill, and we reimburse you directly for covered claims.

Super easy to sign up. Everything is straight forward and easy to understand. I inquired with my vet and they all have heard of the insurance and stated that many of their patients carry it with no issues.

Love the payment plan so far haven't used insurance. Don't know what vet uses this Insurance

I found it very easy to register and I hope that my doggies don't get sick, but since they're barely a year old it's nice to know they're covered for the little things and not get charged exorbitant fees !!!!
