They have refused to close my account. Was trying to get information just for me to use them as an intermediary crypto payment service on APMEX. I don't need to sign up for your bank to give you money.

This company is a complete nightmare. They are trying to drive their users crazy. Stay away and don't deal with anyone who works with them.

Absolutely terrible experience. Verifying ID was a nightmare that didnt have to be that bad, and worst of all, when I tried to buy something using Bitpay (because it was the only option the merchant offered) Bitpay's exchange rate was so far off of reality that it amounted to a $300 extra fee.

Lost 40 bucks money because of archived invoice and then I contact with their support and they decide to ban my account 40 may not be a lot for you but in my country take 10 day 8hour for working in companies don't get close to this guys stay away if have to give them a point I will give them -∞

Terrible waste of time. Glitches on displaying invoice so transaction can complete. Why are merchants using this? There has to be something better.

Payment was declined on their end and for them to refund me I would have to KYC lol Don't use this, you will regret it.
