I never expected to go through something this stressful with BitPay. What started as a normal transaction turned into days of frustration, confusion, and disappointment. I was unable to access my funds, and every attempt to get help left me feeling ignored and helpless. The lack of clear communication made the situation even more painful, and honestly, it felt like my hard-earned money was taken away from me. This experience caused me a lot of anxiety and completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

Those guys are a joke, they asked for 10 things to verify your identity and decline it after I had to wait 4 days without any reason despite you have to send your face live multiple times, all your documents and informations. Crazy. I wonder if they don't just steal your personal informations. I'm going to ask authorities to look at the safety of this.

This website is a total phishing scam. I was sent an invoice that led me to BitPay but when I clicked to pay the invoice it asked me to login or create an account. I created an account but was then prompted to complete "verification" by submitting an ID and "selfie" photo. I closed the window and never looked back. Do not under any circumstances submit any information to this website. A cryptocurrency website that supposedly exists to help preserve your privacy when shopping online that instead asks for personally identifying information would be like if you went to a doctor (someone who should theoretically suggest health-promoting practices) and he ordered you to eat nothing but fast food and inject a lot of heroin.

Hice 2 trasnsferencias a monederos ethereum de esta empresa y nunca se reflejaron, el servicio técnico responden cada 3 dias y no te resuelven el problema. Voy para un mes con los correitos, te marean con las respuestas para seguir dando largas. Te dicen si se completo la transacción pero no te abonan el dinero. Que bueno que solo transferí poco para probar. Una estrella por que no se puede poner menos. NO LA RECOMIENDO.

I had over $1300 CAD in my Bitpay account, logged in 5 days ago to find a balance of $0.00. I put in a support ticket and they were not helpful- if they were human they might as well have been bots. And not modern AI bots, but bots from 10 years ago that repeat a nonsensical script. Today, for no logical reason I logged into my account and the funds were magically restored. So all I can say is this company is super sketchy and not trustable. There is a reason why we put money in banks and regulate them.
