Their QR code generating website is misleading. Pretends to be free: then deactivates your codes 7 days later and asks for a subscription to keep them open. Making QR codes is free - so they're just ruipping people off with their BS. Waste of time, waste of paper (since I've now printed the QR codes). Very angry.

I have one year in digital marketing experience and I tried this site for a few months and honestly I don't recommend it. It's not flexible and is clearly about money first. Access to basic information such as the analytics of your link are behind a paywall, making the service Bit.ly offers a little impractical for first time users

Thank you for the feedback. Bitly's free plan is designed as an entry point, for users who need full analytics, more links, and greater flexibility, our paid plans were built for exactly that. If Bitly is a meaningful part of how you work, it might be worth exploring what's included at bitly.is/Right4U. We're here if you have any questions.

TRASH. Their support is AI. Zero customer support. Not supportive, buggy, do not do business with them. Emailed support multiple times and they just have robots responding to the same message over and over.

Hello Daniel - We're sorry that our Support process was not up to your standards. Through TrustPilot, we attempted to reach out to contact you, but unfortunately, we did not hear back. If you happen to see that request in your inbox, please respond, and then we can contact you directly to look into your issue. Thank you.

--- Hello - Redirection of QR Codes is a feature of all paid plans and is clearly spelled out on our pricing and feature page before signing up. Please review these options before signing up if this is a feature you need from your QR Codes.

I honestly don’t understand how this company is still in business. I tried to make a payment with a credit card and couldn’t complete it. I’ve reached out multiple times, sent emails, and haven’t received any response. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. At this point, I’m looking into migrating my QR codes and moving to a different provider.

Hello Marcio - A quick check of our Support records shows a Ticket created on April 4, and our Support Team responded on the same day with billing assistance. We did not hear from you again. :( The original difficulty in payment came from your bank's side (and not us). It looks like you were able to successfully make a payment later in April to fix your account issues. We're happy to see that. :) We're disappointed to see that you have a different interpretation of our Support process, but glad that we were able to resolve your issue and keep you as a subscriber.

--- Our plan and pricing page clearly outlines what features are free and which are paid BEFORE you can sign up for our service. Bitly's free plan is designed as an entry point — for users who need branded links, full analytics, and higher link/code volumes, our paid plans were built for exactly that.
