Very Professional
All the representatives were very helpful and professional. The process was easy and they answered all my questions and concerns. Product was shipped out promptly and I received ahead of schedule.

Birch Gold continues to impress.
I have been working with Birch Gold Group for many months now and the service is exceptional as usual. The experience was great.
The experience was great, because the representative was patient with me and gave me the various options but let me make the decision. I would say something they did great is when I was confused and received a bill from the holding company more than once they got the situation rectified for me and everything turned out just as they had told me in the beginning. Everyone has been very kind and patient with me through this process.

I do recommend Birch for you.
I do recommend Birch for your investment adventure. They were very helpful all the way through. Had patience when I used wrong mail carrier and never stopped helping me with my purchase.
