Hi David. Great speaking with you. We’re very pleased to hear your issues and concerns are now resolved. Understanding how to read an IRA statement is vital in the Precious Metals IRA experience. We understand statements might be confusing, therefore, we explain the statement structure several times throughout the purchase process. In addition to our education process, we encourage customers to give us a call if they have any questions when they receive their first statement so that we have the opportunity to address any misunderstandings. As a recap, IRA custodians value metals at spot price, but physical precious metals have a value above spot/melt price.
