The taste was just not for me. I used my frother to really mix it smooth, Shaking alone won’t do.

I was looking for a meal replacement that will fill me and provide nutrients. I've been using Biome for a little over 2 weeks and see a difference in my middle and overall energy level, fullness among other things. The past few months have been difficult getting myself in a better place, but with Biome it us beginning. This week I am working on getting back to working out, having Biome for breakfast and reasonable meals. When using Biome I eat what is necessary not what I think is necessary. Fills me and I eat a light lunch and moderate dinner. When I skip a day, I feel the difference. Sleeping has been better as well. I don't plan on stopping Biome at any given time.

The shakes taste really good and not chaulky nor are they sweet. I have ordered both flavors. I turn mine into a 32 ounce shake by adding additional water to it and use it to replace my lunch. I stay full all afternoon. Definately one of the best shakes on the market.

The chocolate version tastes great! I drink one everyday for lunch, and it not only helps me meet my daily protein needs, I’ve finally found the nutrition solution that keeps me from having late night food cravings after dinner. Recommend!

Easy to use and tastes good. Love all the added nutrition. Bonus are the daily emails to help keep on track as well as helpful articles about related topics...not just losing weight. Life altering things for better living!

I have enjoyed the shakes as a healthy meal replacement. They do keep me full and taste great. So far after a month I haven’t lost any weight, but I also recognize that could be due to several factors. I feel they are a great option for a quick and healthy meal replacement, but I’m on the fence about the effectiveness as a weight loss tool.

They are easy to blend and taste good

I have been using the Biome powder for a month, and I've seen a loss of weight, and an improvement in my energy level. Taste is good, drinking it daily is easy to get into a habit as it is filling as meal replacement. I'll be sticking to this plan as it is definitely working for me.
