Dear Mr Ellingson, We are sorry to hear that our products did not work for you, however, we do have a money back guarantee that can either provide you with a replacement unit or a refund. We do want to clarify that your email to us, which you. say was never answered, was sent to us on Saturday 7/6/19. We do not work on weekends and respond to refund requests that come in over the weekend on Mondays, therefore we consider your comment about not receiving a quick response as unfair.
