I never received a confirmation email when I purchased the product and it has not been delivered. I can not track it. Carolyn

When Biochem website first loaded I was offered 20% off for my email. I typed in my email. Next screen was confusing. Offered 20% off plus exclusive text offers. I declined. But assumed first offer for 20% off for providing email was good. Got to checkout screen. No 20% off. Started over, gave my phone this time. Got 20% off at check. Experience was confusing and I felt misled. Doubt I will shop there again

I ordered protein powder and was not notified that it was out of stock and my order was cancelled. I had to call customer service several times to find out what happened.

$15 is too much to pay for shipping a 12 oz container of powder.

It took a week from the time I placed my order to the shipping date. I would've expected it to ship sooner than that.

Not very tasty!

Excellent service with superb packaging. Thanks for your service. Appreciated.
