Attempted to return an item, CSR indicated an email would follow with shipping directions. Never arrived (twice) Still holding the item....

I bought the storage boxes made specifically for large binders. I was pleased with the ease of the order process, delivery, and the product. I would only say that there are a few too many follow on emails, but I suppose I can opt out of further emails. Otherwise, I can recommend you to anyone, with confidence.

Good product and reasonable but not great pricing. Delivery is prompt. Should improve your spine labeling. It requires a Rube Goldberg approach to get it done.
