A good product at a good price, though poorly packed. The box was partially open - hanging on by one piece of tape. The contents were bulky so nothing slipped out.

Original review: *Shipping was a convoluted mess with some of the order coming from somewhere else (turns out it was newparts.com) with multiple changes made to it it's expected arrival on two different trucks. Customer service pretty much refused to tell me why. And then when it finally arrived the boxes were mangled with parts literally protruding out of it.* I apologize; this review was meant for a different suspension component I bought from another seller that I can't relocate my record of so Bimmers.com took the blame. That being said; Bimmers.com has served me well to a great extent actually. I needed assistance over multiple days determining if I had received a product with a design flaw; OR I had made an install error. No problem with the product.

Good price, correct part, and quick shipping. Can't ask for more.
