Recently updated navigation using BimmerTech in 2016 550i. Customer service was great, installation was as simple as plugging in USB port. Graphics are fantastic, with so much road construction detailed routes worked perfectly. Another win for BMW.

Going for my 4th upgrade with BimmerTech and without a doubt this is a company you can trust!. Since 2014 when I purchased a backup camera for an X3, then a coding upgrade for enhanced bluetooth and more recently (2020) a keyfob replacement, I can trully say all products are top quality and service is really amazing. The experience in the website and the chance you have to ask about the products you're buying in advanced is extremely valuable. Fully recommended for all BMW owners out there!

I recently bought a map update for my 2018 BMW 430i Convertible. The shipping was very fast, USB came within 2 days and the installation was very easy. Took me 10 mins and most of that was the update time from the car. I had no issues or error during updating the map.

We love our BMW i3, but we really missed CarPlay. Our other car had it and we found it very useful. The BimmerTech MMI prime unit has solved that problem! Relativity easy to install, it has performed flawlessly for about a month now. Questions were answered quickly and accurately by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this product.

Went for top of the class set, bought an Alpha One Studio Sound Complete Speaker Set and a Premium Sound System amplifier from Bimmer-Tech. Fast shipping as products arrived within 5 days of placing order. Packaging is of premium quality. Make & manufacture quality of the speakers is sturdy & premium. Simply plug and play installation with readable or visual instructions depending on your car. Sky and earth difference in sound quality when played on Bimmer-Tech speaker eco-system than on the factory speaker system. Amazing, rich, vibrant, clear sound with a punchier or traveling bass quality. Amplifier is customizable to tune sound specific to your taste. Also, bought there MMI Prime for Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Amazing plug and play products, amazing customer service and followup. 100% Customer Satisfaction.

I received an email advertisement from Bimmer Tech for GPS updates. It had been a couple of years and so it was time to update the maps in my wife's 2015 328D. The price was right and the order procedure was super simple. Just had to confirm a few details about the car, pay and then wait the a couple of days for delivery. The flash drive and simple updating instructions arrived by mail within a week. Updating was as simple as plugging the drive into the console USB socket, turning the car on and following a few directions. I couldn't ask for anything easier. Thanks!
