bought a new cue and the shaft was warped a bit. A new one was sent out immediately and it was perfect. Really excellent customer service.

THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT. THE PHONE CALL WAS HELPFUL. THE SERVIE AND EXPEDITION OF MY ORDER WAS THE QUICKEST I HAVE EVER HAD. THE FREE CASE SERVES THE PURPOSE. NOW IF I COULD JUST USE THIS CUE TO HIT THE BALLS IN THE POCKET LIKE THE PROS, I WOULD BE EVEN MORE GRATEFUL. THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB ON MY ORDER. JIM
