Buying process went well but glove is not one size fits all, it was too large for my friend. She will have to find another glove to use.

I had a great experience with billiards.com until ups dropped the package at my doorstep. No signature was required for delivery on $450 in merchandise, so package was left at my front door and was stolen before i got home from work. It has been two 2 weeks since ordered and the investgation continues. I was expecting merchandise for a gathering and now i am left waiting.
