Nice list building tool, fast response to customers

Bigmailer is a great newsletter sending resource. They are flexible in being able to send via AWS and have enough features to be useful. Pricing is excellent.

We use Bigmailer to run our small software business. We send a newsletter and a couple of automated emails based on the stage in the funnel. Some things it cannot do in the web interface. For those, we were always able to find simple solutions by using the API. The support team is really exceptional. We have received help almost immediately whenever we needed it. At one point, we made a mistake with an API request, and a developer was able to help us out within minutes. I would choose BigMailer again for future projects.

This is by far the best email platform. They are at a low price but deliverability is great and support is great.

Bigmailer is a fantastic tool for those who want to use Amazon Web Services SES. It has all the features you need in something in other tools, without the huge cost. The support team are really helpful too. Highly recommend it.
