I continue to be very disappointed with Bighometax.com because I ordered the download of TurboTax 2023. It was immediately sent as a download to me, but when I tried to open the file I received a reply that my computer did not have 64 bit capability needed to open it. I emailed the company to ask if I could return the download and instead purchase from them the DVD version of the program. I requested an answer and no reply. I call the phone number 20 times and you can’t get through due to it responds with a User Busy reply. I am frustrated and want reasonable help and am getting none! 😩

Purchased this morning and License is not valid!! I will give them a few hours to send a valid license or I will dispute my charge
