Had an issue with original activation code, but I did text customer service and they provided me with a new code which worked.

This company is a scam. Bought Turbotax from them, downloaded from the link they sent (which was from turbotax website), and tried to register and the license key will not work. I tried several times and to no avail. I called the number on email and mailbox is full. Cannot get a hold of them at all! This is a scam so do not fall for it! I am in process of reporting it to my credit card and requesting a refund.

How can I give negative stars. Ripoff the download worked once then it didn't. I called turbotax and they said big home tax cancelled the subsription.There was no subscription so they found a way where it would work a short time only. Have to buy it again to finnish my taxes.

Not legit! Called Turbo Tax because it wouldn't let me file electronically. Turbo Tax said the license key was canceled. No way to contact their "customer support" because the mailbox is full! This website needs to be reported and shut down!

Worked as expected after getting a new authorization code. 2nd or 3rd year I have bought TurboTax from them.
