horrible service.
Bought a book on the 10th, got an email that it had shipped the next day and it has now been a week and the tracking information is nowhere to be found. It's absolutely ridiculous. I need it for class and the customer service representative was not helpful whatsoever. Will make sure I alert my fellow classmates about this website.
