Ordered a ball 3 weeks ago
Ordered a ball 3 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived, the tracking tells me nothing and I’ve emailed them several times to ask what’s happening with no response. Massively disappointed and irritating.

About Bigens
Bigens makes oversized inflatable play balls and hopper balls that are almost twice the size and weight of anything else on the market. That size is the whole point. It is what makes our products work for adults, not just kids, and it is what you feel the second you sit down or start bouncing. Our range covers Play Balls in 40, 50, and 60 inch sizes and Hoppi hopper balls from 80cm to 120cm, available across a full palette of vibrant colors. Every product ships deflated for easy delivery and inflates in minutes. We built Bigens for people who want to play again. That includes adults reconnecting with the simple joy of bouncing and hopping, families looking for something built to last, and professionals in therapy clinics, schools, and fitness who need equipment sized for real bodies. The same product that brings fun to a living room works as sensory friendly, fitness, and movement equipment in a professional setting. We care about quality and safety, and we keep our pricing honest and transparent rather than charging a premium for less. If you have ever found standard exercise or hopper balls too small, too flimsy, or too expensive for what they are, Bigens was made for you.
