I'm rating this low because I have a support case open since January and I have not received any status on it. We have an issue with credit card transaction going to 2Checkout that has forced us to stop receiving credit card payments and nobody has done anything about it. It is really frustrating dealing with BigCommerce Support.

BIG C is the best!

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

It is our feeling that BigCommerce staff truly want to create an e-commence platform that works easily and effectively. Over the years we've been a client, we've seen increased attention to client suggestions, the addition of informative and interactive town hall meetings and user forums. They have also been responsive to feedback regarding communication about outages, etc. In such a growing and dynamic industry, we're constantly seeing BC make improvements and expansions to their core product to stay competitive and relevant while meeting the evolving demands of e-retailers.

I came from Shopify, Big Commerce is excellent and would have had a 5 star but the use of Big Commerce on Mobile is Futile. Big Commerce needs an app for Android.

Easy to use platform with a wide range of resources for learning to use it. Excellent built in tools compared to the competition and painless customer service. Only let down by it's current compatibility with Adwords conversion tracking and analytics.

Good stable offering. We've used it for 2 years and we're happy with it. However we'd love the if the following functionalities were to be integrated: 1. Custom set prices in multiple currencies without using the inbuilt currency converter 2. More apps on the app market.

Best Website Builder Platform Ever! Very complete, I do recommend BigCommerce for any Business size : )
