Hi Steven, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're happy to hear that your order arrived promptly and that you found the vase beautiful. However, I sincerely apologize for the frustrating delivery experience—having the package left in the bin without notice isn’t the service we aim for. I'll be sure to report this to the delivery company to help prevent it from happening again. I understand your concerns about the price. Each vase in our collection is uniquely designed with care and attention to detail, and we strive to offer the best quality at a fair price. Your feedback is truly valuable in helping us improve. Thanks again for sharing, and we hope to serve you again in the future!

Dear Laura, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the vase did not meet your expectations. Our vases are made from Acrylic (transparent plastic), and we have provide clear and accurate information about our products on our website, including material composition, weight, and detailed images for perspective. We regret any misunderstanding but, unfortunately, we're unable to offer a refund for the vase in this case. We also apologize for the condition of the gift wrapping. We admit that the wrapping paper used to be a bit thin and sometimes not careful in the gift wrapping process. We’ve listened to feedback and are now using a thicker, higher-quality paper to avoid any future issues. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve our services. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
