Niang, the beyond space representative who helped me out, installed the plug in for me and it works great! He even reintroduced the custom css that I had in place for the light box opacity and color. Very happy with my experience!

The Beyondspace Lightbox Studio is a great solution for Squarespace users who want functionality such as "pinch/zoom" on mobile devices. The Lightbox layout and functions work and look great out-of-the-box and it inspired me to ask about design options. That's when I learned that the company's customer service is great. Niang Lee was helpful, patient and very responsive. Impressive!

The Lightbox Studios Plugin is absolute gold! It has made every photo viewing experience ten times more immersive for my squarespace website. It provides a dark background, pinch and zoom capabilities and even the ability to easily download images. I had trouble with the installer code since I used it a lot throughout my website. I reached out to the support team for help when things stopped working and Niang immediately responded back to assist with my request. Everything is back up and running on my website so I am very happy with my customer service. I am very thankful for the products, kindness and support from this company. It's an easy 10/10 experience from me!
